The Border ArtistsActive Members: An Active Member is one who attends at least 6 meetings a year, is currently paid up for dues and fees, shares in the work load and therefore, may participate in our shows. Members who do not meet these obligations may no longer be kept as member in any capacity. In the event of unusual or emergency situations, members are asked to communicate with the Border Artists.
